Lead Generation Specialist

Theta has been revolutionizing the world of private equity, corporate finance, and strategic management through Customer-Based Corporate Valuation (CBCV), an emerging, award-winning methodology for measuring and managing corporate valuation through quantitative models for customer behavior. We are growing quickly and developing new products that will greatly accelerate our efforts to democratize CBCV, making it much more accessible and impactful for an even broader set of companies.

 

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialists to help fuel our next wave of growth. You'll be responsible for generating outbound leads and nurturing both outbound and inbound leads through our sales process. You will also be a key contributor to our sales and business development processes.

 

Responsibilities will shift quickly and span a wide range. We’re looking for a quick learner with the right combination of experience and willingness/ability to adapt.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential prospects provided to you or sourced by you

  • Contact potential prospects (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Manage outbound, automated emails for multiple user accounts (e.g using Quickmail, Neverbounce, etc.)

  • Test, iterate and improve sales cadence messaging and objection handling across multiple roles in private equity firms, corporations, and other prospects

  • Qualify and nurture leads

  • Schedule sales calls

  • Exhibit strong time management, organization, and task prioritization

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to generate large numbers of qualified leads

  • Strong writing and research skills

  • Highly organized and process oriented

 

Preferred

  • Experience with private equity industry

  • Understanding of finance and valuation

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g. Drift)

  • Copywriting skills
